About this event
Beginner Lyrical Contemporary Mondays at 12pm This class is designed for students who are new to this expressive dance style. It combines the fluid movements of contemporary dance with the emotive qualities of lyrical dance. In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn foundational techniques, explore musicality, and work on connecting movement and feelings. The goal is to "let go and dance" in a safe space, while developing body awareness and a personal connection to movement and music.
