This calming experience begins with gentle heart and hip-opening Pilates stretches on the reformer before easing into a soothing sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, meditation, and more to guide you into a peaceful rest-and-digest state. We’ll close with an empowering affirmation to leave you feeling grounded, joyful, and inspired. Feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or mat. Please avoid strong scented products for those who may be sensitive.
