ADVANCE REGISTRATION REQUIRED ON THE MINDBODY APP OR SITE: This ONE class is worth 4 "points" to be deducted from a drop-in/class card. It may appear as "classes" in the app. A deep breathing and alignment warm-up, barre, center floor and grand allegro moving across the floor. Using the elements learned in basics as the building blocks, barre exercises expand and increase in repetitions and speed and include more stretching. Students practice longer, more involved combinations which build more strength, flexibility and stamina required for this level of Ballet. This class has a separate pointe class to follow.
