Just Dancing with DeLisa Dance is fueled by the music that we hear. New or old, when a song hits you and speaks to you - you bust a move like nobody's watching! That's what this class is ALL about!!! Let's learn some fun 8 counts that get our inner groove and hip hop on! DeLisa is trained in REB3L Fitness, and has been dancing all of her life! She's competed on Dance teams and loves to JUST DANCE! Sometimes it's Jazz, pop, stepping, or dance team - and sometimes a combination of all!!! Come try this fun class!
