About this event

Refine & Perform: International Standard Practice Rounds Sharpen your competitive edge with our International Standard Practice Rounds—a focused 60-minute session designed for ballroom dancers preparing for competition. You'll rotate through all five Standard dances (Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Foxtrot, and Quickstep) in a format that mirrors real competition rounds, helping you develop stamina, floorcraft, musical timing, and presentation. This class is ideal for competitive dancers looking to refine their routines, improve performance under pressure, and train in a supportive, disciplined environment.
