Tracey's Tuesday Ballet Technique class is terrific for ALL levels of dancers, and for those who want to tone and strengthen those hard-to-reach ballet muscles and get a good cardio workout to boot. Having studied ballet for over 50 years and taught for almost 30, Tracey has an in-depth understanding of Ballet Technique and has honed her classes to be the perfect blend of technical focus and dancy fun! Attire: Whatever makes you feel like a Ballerina! Leggings, tights, sweatpants, skirts, leotards, etc. Ballet shoes or socks!
