About this event
Beloved Atlanta Braves organist Matthew Kaminski and acclaimed vocalist Gwen Hughes bring their all-star band together for a tribute to the legendary artists of Stax Records, including Booker T. & the MGs, Sam & Dave, Eddie Floyd, Rufus Thomas, Johnnie Taylor, and Georgia's own William Bell and Otis Redding.
Kaminski and Hughes have previously collaborated on acclaimed tributes to George Gershwin and Cole Porter. A Stax Records Revue is a natural progression, especially with Matthew's renowned Hammond B3 sound. Get ready for an unforgettable evening filled with classic soul, rhythm, and blues.
