  • Jamestown Properties and New York Life submitted a rezoning application Tuesday to transform North Point Mall into a mixed-use district (featuring a 20,000-seat arena for professional hockey as well as a 4,000-seat music hall, offices, hotels and more) in Alpharetta.  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
  • Realtor.com’s report indicates that homes listed between April 12 and 18 will fetch around $26,000 more than at the year's start and sell 1.3% above average prices, while local sellers in Alpharetta may benefit from faster offers and less need for price cuts (based on past data).  FOX 5 Atlanta
