Good morning, Alpharetta.

In the first quarter, sellers in metro Atlanta offered buyer help in 62% of home sales—up about 5 points from last year—showing a market shift as high rates and rising prices make buyers more cautious.

On Saturday night, the Braves beat the Diamondbacks 8-7 in extra innings when a wild pitch in the 10th allowed Matt Olson to score the winning run while Eugenio Suarez hit four home runs for the Diamondbacks + his historic feat did not save Arizona from a fourth straight loss.

The Braves will start today's series finale with Spencer Schwellenbach on the mound + the teams are set for another close game.
