- ➤ The Alpharetta City Council approved a variance that lets Alpharetta District Places remove a water oak on a property along Roswell Street between Old Milton Parkway and Marietta Street for a 34,000 sqft retail project set to break ground near the end of May — move-ins could begin by mid-2027.
