- ➤ Georgia pharmacists will be allowed to prescribe HIV prevention medications starting July 1 after Gov. Kemp signed SB 195, expanding access for patients. The law directs pharmacies to deliver private, fast care + provide essential counseling for proper use. Atlanta News First
