- ➤ Robert Aaron Long’s defense filed motions with a Fulton County judge on Tuesday, asking for jurors to be sequestered + for daily transcripts and individual questioning during jury selection in his upcoming capital murder trial over the Atlanta spa shootings on March 16. - ➤ At its June 2 meeting, the Alpharetta City Council approved an agreement giving Lakeview Park Development impact fee credits in exchange for building a 12-foot multi-use trail segment as part of the Alpha Loop near Haynes Bridge Road and Ga. 400. The project will cost about $1.5 million with the developer receiving over $650,000 in fee credits — a key step toward a nearly 10-mile trail network connecting major centers across the city.
