  • Fulton Housing Authority faces federal review and lawsuits from former employees after years of financial mismanagement and leadership turnover raised concerns over missed rent payments by tenants. New executive director Veridia Hinton will work to update overdue records and regain HUD compliance—HUD is set to visit Atlanta later this month to review the rent voucher program.  The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

SPORTS NEWS

  • Channel 2 sports director Zach Klein, the only local TV reporter with an AP vote, cast his ballot for the Top 25 college football poll as Week 5 begins.
