- ➤ The Georgia Department of Transportation held an open house on Wednesday at the Emma Darnell Aviation Museum and Conference Center to collect public opinions about its proposal to add barrier-separated express toll lanes on a 10-mile stretch of I-285 between Mt. Wilkinson Parkway and Benjamin E. Mays Drive. The project is expected to cost $3.5 billion and will use dynamic pricing — making tolls vary with traffic congestion. WSB-TV
