EDUCATION NEWS

  • Fulton County Board of Education advanced a $14.2 million contract to renovate Autrey Mill Middle School—replacing LED lighting, HVAC equipment, and the intercom system with SPLOST funds. The renovations are expected to be completed by December 2027.  Appen Media

  • North and Central Georgia saw multiple wildfires fought by crews Monday amid very dry air and rising temperatures that risk breaking November heat records.
