- ➤ Alpharetta City Council reviewed a $1.9 million contract with Hasbun Construction during a Dec. 1 meeting to design and build Farm House Heritage Park at Ga. 400 and Old Milton Parkway, believed to mark the city’s first settlement. Hasbun Construction presented two design options—one featuring an elevated bridge and loop trail by historic mill ruins and the other using organic forms to blend with the natural landscape.
