- ➤ Alpharetta approved a $1.9 million contract with Hasbun Construction on Dec 1 to turn the birthplace site into Farm House Heritage Park — located at the northeast corner of Ga. 400 and Old Milton Parkway and a site of early settlement. The park will include a 12-foot boardwalk, historical markers and ADA compliant access, with construction expected to finish in less than a year. Appen Media
